The Effects of Workplace Loneliness on Work Engagement and Organizational Commitment: Moderating Roles of Leader-Member Exchange and Coworker Exchange

چکیده

This study aims to examine the effect of workplace loneliness on work engagement and organizational commitment moderating role social relationships between an employee his or her superior coworkers in such mechanisms. Workplace decreased employees’ with their jobs and, as such, had a positive relationship commitment. Also, negative influence was found be moderated by coworker exchange, maintenance exchange verified major factor for relieving loneliness.
